I’m not really feeling the look of the site. I thought it would be better once I spent more time with it, but the design just feels plain and not that enjoyable to browse. The colors and layout don’t really stand out, and overall it comes across a bit dull and cheap-looking to me. Maybe it works for some people, but I’m definitely having a little buyer’s remorse.

I just felt like it was too expensive for what you get. Maybe it works for some people, but for me personally, the price didn’t feel fair enough to stick with it

I washed it and it came out okay, but the fit got a little weird after that. It feels a bit looser than before, which I wasn’t really expecting?!

I ordered from EBY and the product itself was totally fine, which was nice because apparently the real adventure was figuring out where it was.

I got a tracking email, and then the tracking just kind of sat there doing its best impression of modern art. For days, there were no useful updates, so I kept checking like that would magically make the package move.

Customer service did respond, but it felt copy-pasted. So yeah, not the worst shopping experience ever, but the shipping communication could definitely use a little less mystery and a little more actual information.

I got my order, most of it was right. Just one item wasn’t the one I picked, so that was a little annoying. Not the end of the world, but still, you know, kind of a hassle.

I was disappointed with the size range. I had ordered a few things hoping to wear one for a dinner I’d been planning, but most of the styles I actually liked didn’t even come in my size. The couple that did were just awkward on me and didn’t feel right at all. It’s frustrating because it gives off this “made for everyone” vibe, but that wasn’t my experience. I ended up sending everything back and had to scramble for something else to wear last minute. Really wish they had better options for bigger bodies...

I went with EBY mainly because the coverage sounded solid, it’s been fine so far. The usual basic stuff seems to be covered without much trouble, which is great, but then there are a few things I assumed would be included that either have limits or require more digging than I expected.

It’s not a bad plan at all, although it was kind of annoying to realize some details weren’t as clear upfront. I guess it does what it’s supposed to do, more or less, but I’d definitely recommend reading through everything carefully before signing up. Still, not the worst choice...

I’ve liked a few of the EBY pieces I’ve tried, but the sizing has been kind of hit or miss for me. One pair will fit perfectly, and then another in the same size feels tighter or starts to roll a bit.

It’s not a huge deal, and I still wear them, but it’s a little frustrating when you’re ordering online and expecting the fit to be more dependable. I also wish the response time was a bit faster when trying to sort things out.

I bought these because they were advertised as seamless/no-show, but under my leggings they looked lumpy and obvious. What annoyed me more is it feels like the terms or description changed after the fact, like suddenly it’s not really meant to be invisible under everything. Definitely not as seamless as they made it sound

I ordered from join-eby.com because I was hoping to find some really soft everyday underwear, and to be fair, the fabric does feel nice. It’s smooth, not scratchy, and comfortable when you first put it on.

That said, I’m not totally sold. After a few washes it’s still soft, but it doesn’t feel quite as impressive as I thought it would for the price, which is kind of annoying.

Overall, it’s decent. I’ll wear it and I do like the feel, but I’m not excited enough to say I’d rush to order more right away.

I really like their underwear and the fit is exactly what I want, but my size seems to be out of stock way too often. I kept checking back and watching for the restock emails, and once I finally got my order in, shipping was totally fine. The receipt and order updates came through quickly too, so no complaints there.

I requested a refund and it ended up taking days with almost no clear updates. I kept having to check on it myself, which got frustrating. If this is how they handle refunds, I’m not feeling confident about ordering from them again.

The exchange went okay overall... it just felt kind of slow. Everything got sorted out in the end, but I wish the return process had moved a bit faster.

The waistband felt soft when I first put it on, but after wearing it for a few hours, it did seem to roll a little on me. It’s not awful or anything, and I’ll still wear it, but I guess I was hoping it would be a bit more comfortable. Other than that, the fit seems fine.
